The plan combines triple requirements, being:
- based on the SEPP™ standard;
- compliant with national legislation (minimum table of contents);
- created, managed and accessible through an intranet based IT platform.

Preparing, organising, conducting and assessing exercises is an ongoing effort.
We have an continual sequence of exercises for national and international clients.
These involve MOBEX, TTX, CPX, FTX, MCX and VIREX type exercises.

Over a decade ago CEMAC started investing in research related to the quality of emergency plans.
This lead to the design of the 'Standardised Emergency Preparedness Plan™' or SEPP™, which is a generic structure for all hazard plans, applicable for both authorities and internal emergency plans, in whatever continent or country, or industry the organisation is present.
