TRAINING & EDUCATION
Managing a crisis, an emergency situation remains mainly a human non-automated activity with an additional focus on collaboration and co-operation in very specific working conditions.
Emergency situations are very often unplanned, unexpected events with a potentially devestating impact on human life, property or even the core functions of society or a stricken organisation.
It is in those circumstances that key representatives of different organisations, emergency services, … need to exchange information, analyse options, make decisions and implement these.
CEMAC offers a variety of courses and training products both related to subject matter to increase personal knowledge and expertise, and
educational and training initiatives aimed at improving overall situational awareness, increasing analytical performance, boost group cohension and develop clear methods for Small Group Decision Making (SGDM).
We offer at regular intervals standard courses, but have specialised more in recent years in the design and delivery of tailor made education and training services.
Increasingly, we also focus on developing ‘blended learning’ packages including in-the-flesh classes, combined with a diverse mixture of complementary education and training techniques, including e-learning, workshops, quizes, wiki’s, demonstrations and Limited Objective Experiments (LOE).
